Can you introduce yourself and tell us a bit about what you do?

My name is James Chung and I am the Founder and Principal of the econic company. I have been in the commercial estate world for almost a quarter century and started the firm during the Pandemic. My goal with the inception of the company was to reimagine and redefine how the business can be conducted and executed, taking everything I have learned in my career, and applying the good and the bad with equal passion and focus.
