She transitioned into brokerage and quickly advanced to Director at The Econic Company, specializing in retail landlord and tenant representation across the Bay Area.
Born and raised in San Jose, Megan brings an intimate knowledge of the region’s diverse submarkets, trade areas, and consumer dynamics, enabling her to strategically advise clients on site selection, market entry, and portfolio growth. She represents a distinguished roster of institutional landlords, private owners, and a diverse mix of local and national retailers.
Megan’s landlord clientele includes Brookfield Properties, Jay Paul Company, Sand Hill Property Company, Brixmor, and Prometheus, among others. She has also represented a broad range of tenants, including prominent brands such as Chick-fil-A, Bloomingdale’s (Bloomie’s), King Living, Amazon, Peet’s Coffee, AFC Urgent Care, and more.
