Ian began his career advising high-net-worth clients before transitioning into commercial real estate, where he now specializes in Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation, and Investment Sales.
Born and raised in the Greater Sacramento Area, Ian possesses in-depth knowledge of the local Northern California Retail Market, allowing him to effectively support the unique goals of his clients across California. His past and present client list includes Save Mart, Agora Realty, Petrovich Development Company, and Rich Development Company. Ian has also represented national and regional brands such as The Melt, Proposition Chicken, Sourdough & Co., UPS, Mountain Mike’s, and Nothing Bundt Cakes.
